B3屏障型號

Aygün B3 屏障型號滅菌盒根據(jù)用戶偏好設計，可在單個滅菌盒中提供不同的過濾器，即無需購買新蓋子，用戶就可以更換蓋子上的過濾器。Aygün B3屏障型號滅菌盒可與 3 種不同的過濾器一起使用。

Aygün B3 屏障型號滅菌盒有五種不同的長度、寬度和高度。所有型號和尺寸都有特定的消毒籃和組件，可以在以下部分查看。熱敏鎖能夠保證無菌狀態(tài)。該型號滅菌盒的指示窗將滅菌結果可視化，無需打開蓋子就可目視指示卡結果。

B3屏障型號的工作機制和維護

B3屏障型號設計了3個不同的滅菌盒組。它無需更換盒蓋就可以使用3種不同功能。

由于B3屏障型號中使用的機制，滅菌盒可以使用閥門過濾器、標準過濾器和迷宮過濾器。

PTFE特氟龍過濾器

該過濾器與2000次循環(huán)PTFE特氟龍濾紙一起使用，使用時就像更換標準型號過濾器一樣輕松。該系統(tǒng)中使用的過濾器僅由Aygün提供，該過濾器放置在滅菌盒中。

閥門過濾器

閥門過濾器是Aygün是生物屏障新型號，具有相同的運行原理。該系統(tǒng)與機械閥門一起工作，在高壓蒸汽滅菌器中產生正負壓，可使用至少5000次循環(huán)。

迷宮過濾器

迷宮過濾器是一種基于路易斯·巴斯德原理的流動抑制系統(tǒng)。

它的分離效率為99.99%，可以顯著提供更好的微生物和顆粒防護。該過濾器至少可使用5000次循環(huán)。

基于巴斯德流動抑制系統(tǒng)設計，其定制的幾何特征能夠消除氣流中的微生物。

由于過濾器中存在屏障，它可以防止隨氣流漂浮的微生物被引入盒內，同時確保它們利用重力被捕獲在過濾屏障中。

B3 BARRIER MODEL

Aygün B3 model sterilization container systems are designed to provide different filtering mechanisms in a single sterilization container according to user preference. Without buying a new lid, the users are able to change the filtering system on the lid. Aygün B3 model sterilization container systems can be used with 3 different filtering mechanisms.

Aygün B3 model sterilization container systems are manufactured as five different length, width and height. All models and sizes have specific baskets and accessories which can be viewed in following parts. Modular auto lock mechanism (thermo lock) promising sterility assurance and indicator window providing visibility of the indicator card result by visual control without opening the lid are also available for this sterilization container model.

B3 Model Working Mechanism and Maintenance

The B3 Model is designed for 3 different sterilization container groups. It can be applied to 3 different features on a single lid without the need for different lid systems. 

Thanks to the mechanism used in the B3 model, the container can be used both as a valve system, as a standard filter system and as a bio-stop system. 

PTFE System

This filtering mechanism is used with 2000 cycles PTFE Teflon Filter which can be changed by the user easily like in standard model filter-based sterilization containers. The filter used in this system is provided only by Aygün which is placed in a cassette.

Valve system

Valve system is modernized new model of Aygün Bio-Barrier systems and has the same running principal. This system works with mechanic valve with positive and negative pressure occurred during sterilization in autoclave and can be used minimum 5000 cycles. 

Bio-Stop System 

The Bio-Stop system is a flow inhibition system based on a principle discovered by Louis Pasteur.

With a separation efficiency of 99.99 %, it offers significantly better protection against microbes and particles. This system can be used minimum 5000 cycles.

Designed based on the Pasteur Flow Inhibition system, the custom geometric features of this product offers a technology which eliminates microorganisms in the air flow. 

Thanks to the barriers available in the mechanism, it prevents the microorganisms floating with the air flow to be introduced in the system having ensured they are trapped in the barriers also making use of the gravitational force. 

The system is designed to collect microorganisms in the tubes located. the assembly is completed when the barrier components are moved to point at the ‘Lock’ symbol.
